Yes. Go to Account Settings > Personal Details after logging in. Changes to your mobile number require OTP verification of the new number. Changes to your email require you to click a confirmation link sent to the new address. Your username cannot be changed after registration – choose carefully when you sign up.

3ptti accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign exchange fees because the platform operates exclusively in PKR.

The minimum deposit is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash and bank transfers. There is no minimum for card deposits above your bank's own transaction limits. The first deposit of Rs 500 or more also qualifies for the 100% welcome bonus up to Rs 10,000.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly in most cases – usually within 30 seconds of completing the transfer. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits typically clear in 1–3 minutes. Log in, go to Account > Cashier > Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method – Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT bank transfer or bank card – enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method you have previously used to deposit on your account. This is a security measure to prevent fraud.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically clear in under 8 minutes once approved. IBFT bank transfers take 1–4 hours during banking hours and up to 24 hours outside them. Card withdrawals take 2–5 business days depending on your bank. First-time withdrawals on any payment method require an additional identity verification step which can add 1–2 hours.

Once a match starts, live markets open and odds update after every ball. You can place bets on outcomes like the next wicket, the result at the end of an over, the score at the end of 10 overs, or the outright match winner – all while the match is in progress. Some markets are briefly suspended during the delivery of each ball and reopen immediately after. There is no separate live betting account – just navigate to the match while it is in progress from the main cricket lobby.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result (as defined by the ICC or tournament playing conditions), all bets are voided and stakes returned to your account.
