3ptti Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and 3ptti ("3ptti", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://3ptti.biz. By creating an account on 3ptti, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

3ptti operates with the aim of providing a fair, transparent and enjoyable gaming environment for players in Pakistan. These Terms are written in plain language so that every member understands their rights and obligations before engaging with the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue using 3ptti.

These Terms are effective as of January 2025 and supersede any previous version. 3ptti reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of material changes via the contact details registered on their account. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use 3ptti's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free. You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes after registration.

• Each person may open and maintain one account only. Holding multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names – is strictly prohibited.
• Account registration is only permitted for individuals. Corporate accounts, partnership accounts or accounts held on behalf of another person are not allowed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3ptti accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify 3ptti immediately at support@3ptti.biz if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 3ptti reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID) at any point. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Accounts registered using false information will be permanently banned and all balances will be voided.

3. Age Verification

3ptti strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 18 years. You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration to open an account and use 3ptti's services. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all members regardless of location within Pakistan.

3ptti uses a combination of self-declaration during registration and document verification to confirm that members meet the minimum age requirement. We may request your Pakistani CNIC, passport or other official documentation as proof of age at any time. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect an account holder is under 18, we will suspend the account pending verification. Any bets placed by individuals who are subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be voided and any deposited funds returned to the payment method used.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3ptti are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit unless 3ptti has approved an alternative in writing.
• 3ptti does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of 3ptti.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Members who have not completed verification may experience delays.
• 3ptti reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rs 100,000 within a 30-day period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from completing wagering requirements on bonus funds become withdrawable real money.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

3ptti offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The general rules below apply to all 3ptti bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are issued in non-withdrawable bonus credit that converts to real money upon completion of the stated wagering requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address and payment method.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that exceed 50% of the remaining bonus balance in a single wager are not counted towards wagering requirements and any resulting winnings may be capped at the bonus value.
• 3ptti reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend any bonus at any time. Members with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice before a bonus is removed.
• Any attempt to abuse, circumvent or exploit bonus terms – including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or systematic low-risk wagering to meet requirements – will result in the bonus being voided, associated winnings forfeited and the account reviewed for suspension.
• Refer a Friend rewards are subject to the terms published on the Refer a Friend page and require the referred friend to complete their first qualifying deposit before the reward is issued.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 3ptti are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, game or market. The following general rules apply across all betting activity on the platform.

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation in your account history. In the event of a technical error preventing confirmation, no bet is considered to have been placed.
• Odds are quoted at the time of bet placement. Late bet acceptance may occur on live markets – the odds displayed at the moment of acceptance apply.
• 3ptti reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error. You will be notified and your stake returned within 24 hours.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may vary by member tier.
• For cricket markets, if a match is abandoned, all affected markets are voided and stakes returned unless 3ptti's specific cricket rules state otherwise for that format.
• For crash games and Andar Bahar, the result of each round is final once confirmed by the game server. No disputes will be accepted regarding a round result that is confirmed and certified as provably fair.
• Esports results are determined by the official result declared by the tournament organiser. Replayed matches or disputed results will be settled according to the outcome the organiser officially recognises.
• 3ptti may impose maximum winnings limits per event or per day. These are published in the relevant sport or game rules section of the platform.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

3ptti is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, bet voiding and potential legal action where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform or gain an advantage over other members.
• Match fixing, collusion with other members, or any activity that manipulates the outcome of a sporting event or game round.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes to place bets at incorrect odds or with an unfair advantage. Any such bets will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent a suspension or account restriction.
• Systematic arbitrage betting or bonus hunting strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus offers without genuine participation.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity. 3ptti is required by its operating obligations to report suspected financial crime to the relevant authorities.
• Sharing or transferring account balances between members through coordinated betting or other means.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

3ptti may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe specified by 3ptti.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or bet activity.
• At your own request under the responsible gaming self-exclusion or account closure tools.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

On account closure for non-breach reasons, any verified real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Accounts closed due to breach of Terms will be reviewed and balances handled in accordance with the nature of the breach.

9. Privacy and Data

3ptti collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on 3ptti, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. These purposes include account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and customer support.

3ptti uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities where required by our operating obligations. 10. Responsible Gaming

3ptti takes its responsibility to members' wellbeing seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Every registered member has access to the following tools through their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to a limit take 24 hours to come into effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you when you have been playing for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, 3ptti will also suppress all marketing communications to you.
• Reality Check: Enable regular pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net profit or loss at intervals you choose.

11. Limitation of Liability

3ptti provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and system stability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. The following limitations apply to 3ptti's liability to members.

• 3ptti is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions or third-party service interruptions that are outside our reasonable control.
• 3ptti is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses including loss of expected winnings arising from platform unavailability.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, 3ptti will investigate and either confirm the result or void the round and return stakes. Our decision is final.
• Our maximum aggregate liability to any individual member for any claim is limited to the value of your account balance at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 3ptti's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Changes to These Terms

3ptti reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, send a notification to your registered email address or mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use 3ptti after the effective date of any amended Terms, you are considered to have accepted the updated version. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support@3ptti.biz to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.
